Get to know our Team

Our dynamic and dedicated team at Grab is responsible for providing exceptional support to our commercial merchants. We work collaboratively to ensure operational excellence and drive business growth in the competitive marketplace. Together, we aim to make a significant impact on our clients' success.

The Critical Task you will Perform:

• Provide weekly performance updates and conduct deep dive analyses (desk research or insights from Key Account Managers) for all working verticals in the commercial team, including GrabFood, GrabMart, OVO, GrabExpress, and Grab for Business. Primary focus will be on GrabFood Omni, OVO, GrabExpress, and Grab for Business.
• Offer strategy and planning support for Dine Out Deals, OVO, GrabExpress, and Grab for Business, shaping and execute market strategies.
• Support major merchants, such as KFC and McDonald's, with extensive data and operational needs to drive business growth.
• Ensure data integrity and maintain hygiene across all working dashboards, automated sheets, and emails.
• Assist Key Account Managers with basic data requests to support their operations effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats for the business.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

What Essential Skill you will Need:

• Have Heart, Hunger, Honour, and Humility.
• Self-motivation and independent learner who takes ownership of tasks and shows initiative in challenging the status quo.
• Analytical skill and comfortable with analyzing data to make informed decisions.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL, along with proficiency in data management tools.
• Have good experience to manage partner relationships.
• Able to work well with others from different backgrounds in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on inclusivity.
