The Grab Rental team is an established team responsible for fleet operations management. We make an impact by Quality Control of Fleet operations, Securing our fleet Assets and cost reduction. Your team will be made up of Grab Rental vehicles for a better way of our customers (B2C,B2B & B2D) . If you are looking for an opportunity, then you should join our team!

Get to Know the Role

As a litigation associate, you will perform activities related to handling lawsuits/disputes/legal claims, starting from managing and refining strategies in case handling. You will also providing assistance and facilitating the legal case handling process, and providing legal advice to related work units in the field of litigation to resolve legal disputes both in law enforcement institutions and other dispute resolution handling so that legal issues arising from company activities can be addressed following applicable legal provisions. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you will work onsite in our Jakarta Office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Conduct legal research complex legal issues to provide sound legal advice to work units
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Support the preparation and presentation of cases in court
• Organize case files, documents, and evidence
• Communicate with other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 3+ years of experience in litigation
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law
• Knowledge of litigation procedures, rules of evidence, and court procedures
• Familiarity with legal software and technology, including document management systems
• Have PERADI Membership Card, 3+ already registered as a member of PERADI
• Proficient in Procedural Law and accustomed to handling Criminal and Civil cases
• Willing to travel for business trip
