This position is responsible to manage GA Onboarding Program for new GA Office onboarded in Manulife

Position Responsibilities:

  • Present Manulife in the most appropriate manner, including to introduce our Management, Products, and Operational processes.
  • Create and Manage Onboarding Schedules: Develop and oversee the onboarding schedule for new GA Owners. Make sure GA Owner, Leaders, Agents, and Admin will have a proper knowledge during their first months in Manulife.
  • Ensure that new GA Owners fully comprehend their Goals in Manulife and how to achieve it. This goal should be include their business performance and business quality metrics.
  • Coordinate with Relevant Departments: Collaborate with various departments, including Recruitment, Training, Operations, Line1B, and Compliance, to ensure that the new GA team receives proper knowledge transfer and understands Manulife's values.
  • Review and Improve Onboarding Programs: Assess the effectiveness of the onboarding program and make improvements as needed.
  • Identify and Resolve Onboarding Issues: Identify obstacles and problems within the onboarding program and implement solutions.
  • Ensure GA Office setup including Office Location, Office & Signage Renovation, KPM Contract, are properly and timely managed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree from Business Management / Data Analytic / or related major
  • Minimum 5 year in Insurance Industry
  • Experienced as an Life Insurance Agency Trainer
  • Knowledge in Insurance Agency Business Process
  • Windows and office
  • Strong verbal and written skills in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong inter-personal skills in English would be an asset
