Job Summary

The Head of Agency Academy is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of the Agency Academy. This role focuses on creating and delivering a comprehensive training and development program for agency to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, and expertise required to achieve business objectives and deliver outstanding service to clients.

Job Qualifications

Bachelors Degree and 10 or more years of experience in the Agency Training & Development area, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
