What You Will Achieve

Working with a dynamic team of Supply Chain experts, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing mid-to long-term supply chain strategies and networks through a range of activities.

Site Planner Supervisor play an essential role at Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) Jakarta to manage, communicate, and execute the Supply Planning activities to meet with budget target, customer satisfaction, PGS Jakarta KPI's and high level of compliance.

Your breadth of experience will be leveraged for increasing effectiveness of supply chain initiatives through monitoring key performance indicators and coordinating cross-functional at PGS Jakarta.

Your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate in explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Identify products prioritization and operations to optimize workflows and meet order requirements as per Master Production Planning (MPP).

  • Analyze material requirement based on production plan and maintain regular Material Requirement Planning (MRP) cycle.

  • Collaborate amongst PGS Jakarta team to ensure and monitor the production activities, product flows, and escalation process of any production issue is in place to align with supply commitment.

  • Identify, analyze, recommend an action, and make decision in a timely manner on problem related to inventory items at PGS Jakarta site as part of Inventory Management.

  • Act as Plant Coordinator for artwork change management process and coordinate with related function to meet the implementation plan to keep highest compliance level of PGS Jakarta.

  • Lead project of any API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) change source coming from Pfizer affiliates. Identify, analyze, and make a clear plan on how the transition of API change will going smoothly.

  • Maintain Materials Master Data and Bill of Materials (BOM’s) in SAP and conduct regular review to maintain high number of SAP Data Steward.

  • Lead Tier 2 Material Flow meeting to ensure site prioritization and internal alignment process is in place and communicate among cross functional at PGS Jakarta.

  • Look opportunities for continuous improvement (without compromising on quality) that give added value to our business.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and a state of audit readiness

Qualifications 

Must-Have: 

  • Bachelor's Degree (Supply Chain, Science, Engineer) 

  • 3+ years’ experience 

  • Experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operation, preferably has experienced in Pharmaceutical or Consumer Industries 

  • Demonstrate the ability to consistently deliver products and services to meet customer needs 

  • Demonstrate experience in pharmaceutical operations, understanding of pharmaceutical industry commercial dynamics, trends, and regulatory processes. 

  • Proficiency in production and capacity planning, shop floor control, distribution planning, and inventory control 

  • Strong analytical abilities to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions 

  • Ability to lead and engage cross functional team effectively 

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with cross-functional teams 

  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders 

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously 

  • Ability to lead a project initiative 

  • Fluent both written and verbally in English 

Nice-to-Have: 

  • Certified as Supply Chain professional 

  • Understand standard enterprise resource planning (ERP) and supply chain management (SCM) system technologies (i.e SAP, Oracle). 

  • Experience in a mentor or leadership role within a supply chain team
