Partner with the bestAs a Supplier Fulfilment Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for Suppliers for all activities related to the execution of the direct materials supplies. You will work with Suppliers to ensure On Time Delivery for goods and related documents and to identify and implement continuous development programs for improving their performances, capacity and capability. 

As a Supplier Fulfilment Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing delivery of materials for the assigned Suppliers, monitoring the production plan and coordinating logistics until receiving into the systems, in line with company processes and procedures
  • Cooperating with Suppliers, Manufacturing Operations, Project Managers, Quality and Engineering to define preventing actions, recovery plans and keeping all main metrics into the system updated
  • Giving the visibility to Internal customer on Supplier plan, preventing and managing priorities and criticalities to ensure Manufacturing and Sales Plan
  • Collaborating with Suppliers and supporting relevant Service Provider to ensure On Time Delivery for all documentations associated with the materials supplied
  • Interacting with the Platform and Operating Units Procurement Organization and to provide regular feedback about supplier performances to refine the supplier strategy
  • Supporting the execution of risk mitigation plan related to supplier criticalities and Manufacturing/Project Management urgencies, coordinating with Material Management to support Inventory management
  • Partnering with Quality to support supplier surveillance and on time issues resolution, cooperating with Logistic team to generate transportation best plan to minimize cost and improve efficiency
  • Supporting both Vendor Recovery negotiations & results and Account Payable resolution

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance or alternative MBA
  • Have good experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain and/or Commercial with preferred knowledge of oil and gas products
  • Demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to learn and consolidate new products, business areas and managed commodities
  • Be stress resilient with professional attitude and have experience in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a complex working environment
  • Be fluent in English (Italian knowledge is also preferred) and hold an EU passport
  • Be proficient in MS Excel & ERP Systems.
