Financial Analyst Role - Summary:

A finance professional who collaborates closely with business units to help them make informed decisions. The analyst’s focus is on accurate accounting and reporting. The analyst is limited in in-depth involvement in other processes like budgeting, business reviews, driving improvements etc.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Accurate and on time financial forecasting.

• Month-End-Close execution, P&L and BS analysis correctness.

• End-to-end financial master data management.

• Reporting, validation and enhancement of the quality and accuracy of financial data.

• Helping business partners to drive P&L improvements.

• Supporting Operations manager with financial planning and analysis.

• Managing monthly financial reviews, support with business reviews.

• Challenge and improve performance.

• Participating in yearly budgeting.

• Compliance with internal policies and both internal and external audit requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, MBA, or related fields.

• Desired Skills: SAP ERP, MS Excel, MS Office pack.

• Experience: minimum 2 years in finance organization role(s)
