About the Role

Handling medical reports files : scanning and uploading records to clinic solution, report follow up booking, postage (either email / general postage), courier etc.DutiesHandling medical reports files : scanning and uploading records to clinic solution,  report follow up booking, postage (either email / general postage), courier  etc.Arrange telemed line up with client and doctorProvide out-door job, such as postage, courier report to nearby brokers,  treadmill for cardiologist’s commentProvide assistance in photocopy of pre- insurance client’s ID for CTC (Doctor’s Certify True Copy) and medical report for brokers.Help medical secretary on ad-hoc basisRequirementsHKDSE / HKALE or aboveFluent in Cantonese, good command of English and MandarinResponsible, great working attitude and be able to work independentlyImmediately available is highly preferred
