• Support daily policy service changes to meet the SLA 
• Lead and coach the non-financial team to maintain service quality with resources planning and job assignment 
• Handle inquiries from related stakeholders, including CS and distributions, to resolve the problems
• Participate in project / enhancement initiatives with recommendation and ideas for inputs

Preferred skills

• at least 5 years of solid life insurance policy experience in policy administration and client services
• good team player to coach subordinates with positive mindset for challenges
• hand-on experience in MS Office and Chinese typing
• good communication skills in written and spoken languages, Mandarin is preferred

Qualifications

• University graduate
• LOMA, FLMI is preferred
