Job Description:
Ensure satisfactory housekeeping and hygiene standards of meeting rooms, pantries, public common areas in the offices. Stocktaking and Replenishment of office supplies (e.g. stationeries, pantry items, fruits & coffee beans delivery)
Greet with visitors, clients, and staff, and provide beverages
Internal mail distribution, arrange postage and courier including ad hoc courier to external venues e.g. hotel, banks, HKSAR offices, etc.
Provide onsite support in company events such as arranging food & beverage orders and venue set up.
Liaise with technicians and cleaners in the office to ensure proper services are delivered.
Support reception areas as backup and other administrative duties when needed
Preferred skills / Compétences particulières
Elementary level of English-speaking competency
Facilities management knowledge will be an advantage
F.5 or above with at least 5+ relevant job experience
Experience of working in sizable companies e.g. MNC, and client facing jobs will be a plus.
