About the Role
Provide quality data analytic findings and administrative support to Zone members and agency on daily operation and business development activities so as to contribute to the achievement of business targets and agency management
Roles and Responsibilities:
Zone Operation (60%)
- Prepare reports on zone overall performance & contest progress, including but not limited to design reminders, generate KPI/ activity reports and follow through the progress of challenge campaigns etc.
- Coordinate with Resource Pool Head to take charge of Zone budget for business promotion
- Provide timely, accurate and adequate administrative support, including but not limited to warm leads distribution, recruitment package arrangement etc.
- Participate and engage in zone-based events and KPI related projects assigned by immediate manager to contribute to agency business development
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements
Data Analytics Support (40%)
- Assist Resource Pool Head to interpret data, analyze results, identify patterns and trends using statistical software and data analytics skills
- Generate on-going reports & progress from company systems & dashboards for zone members and management review
- Develop data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Assist Resource Pool Head to provide advice on the enhancement of existing digital platform
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Degree holder (University graduated in any discipline)
- Minimum 2 years working experience in financial/ insurance industries
- Experience in distribution support, agency administration or frontline sales is preferred
- Conversant in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good analytical skills and attentive to details
- Good problem solving, organizing, time management as well as interpersonal and communication skills
- A good team player, enthusiastic and pursue for excellence
