Job Responsibilities:

Analyse Claims Operation’s and Health Operation’s needs, review & validate, prepare user stories from project stakeholders. Review functional specifications
Prepare user acceptance test plan, execute testing, document test results and communicate the results to both IT and business users for rectification / verification
Maintain and execute according to the agreed roadmap in close cooperation with business stakeholders
Manage the backlog of change requests and agree on shifting priorities with the user community
Assist manager to perform post implementation monitoring after system implementation, production incident follow-up, investigation and reporting
Provide support, prepare user guide and training to Claims Operations and Health Operations
Drive / facilitate regular project meetings and follow up with project team members as needed to address business, operational, and technical issues
Monitor project issues to ensure timely resolution with minimal impact on progress.
Perform ad hoc assignment and analysis

Job Requirements:

Preferably a degree holder in any discipline, with preference given to those in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, Data Science or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of working experience of project management or business analysis in life insurance or financial industry is preferred. Claims and health related experience is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Proficient in verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese is a must). Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
Good presentations, problem solving and decision-making skills
Customer oriented, equipped with agile project management and business
Positive attitude, highly flexible, able to perform under challenging environment
Experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) is desirable
