Manulife HK is seeking a seasoned Associate Director, Brokerage with track record in driving the sales management. The incumbent will engage with broker partners in Corporate Clients to meet and exceed the sales targets and other KPIs as defined by company.
Position Responsibilities:
Drive brokerage/IFA distribution channel expansion; develop and maintain professional relationship with both IFAs and local brokers and accountable for MPF business development
Strong technical knowledge in MPF & Individual Life business (including ILAS and HNW products)
Experience with EB brokers is an advantage
Resourceful and able to create new client relationships
Develop and conduct tailor made training and provide excellent sales support and product expertise at all points during the sales process
Lead and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop a competitive sales platform
Keep abreast of the market development and regulatory requirement and ensure a high standard of internal control and compliance
Required Qualifications:
University graduate with at least 7 years relevant experience in operations of insurance industry
Good communication in English & Chinese (Mandarin) and presentation skills
Having insurance sales experience & good understanding of the brokerage market will be an advantage
Strong knowledge on life and health insurance products, underwriting processes and regulatory requirements
Strong interpersonal, negotiation & problem solving skills
Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and
Ensure sales quality, compliance and regulatory requirements are met
