Position Responsibilities:
Validate the production credits, commissions, bonuses for distribution channels
Execute internal policy replacement rules, process orphan assignments and servicing agent changes
Handle appeals, not take up cases and bonus adjustment
Prepare and validate agent financing/allowance/recruitment packages
Handle enquiries from distribution channels
Handle and resolve complicated issues or complaints and escalate to Team Head in a timely manner
Participate in ad hoc operation tasks and projects
Required Qualifications:
Degree / diploma holder at any discipline
Over 3 years’ relevant experience in insurance industry
Mature, responsible and patience
Organized and attentive to details
Concern for order and quality
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
PC skill in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
