Job Summary

  • To drive and develop a strong Wealth Retail Banking (WRB) Greater China/Greater Bay Area (GC/GBA) Customer Value Proposition (CVP), from onboarding, engagement to deepening from segment perspective. 
  • To establish sustainable partnership model and business dynamics that generate business value to GC/GBA

Key Responsibilities

Business

  • Build up GC/GBA CVP model to drive customer growth and engagement.
  • Formulate GC/GBA customer growth strategy and drive through day-to-day implementation to deliver exponential growth in portfolio and revenue.
  • Formulate the GC/GBA partnership strategy and drive through implementation to deliver exponential growth in GC/GBA Affluent portfolio and revenue.
  • Identify, assess & solicit partnerships, with win-win proposition to form long term strategic alliance of aligned aspirations and business interest.

Processes

  • Drive GC/GBA segment for continuous improvement in operational efficiency and effectiveness across day-to-day processes.
  • Ensure effective management of operational risks across the Business and compliance with applicable internal policies, external laws and regulations.
  • Ensure execution of business strategy in a safe and well controlled manner and on an end-to-end basis, incorporating infrastructure requirements and ensuring that they are fit-for-growth.

Skills and Experience

  • Relevant experience in prominent financial services firm, preferably retail banking    
  • Project management     
  • Partner / regulator engagement     

Qualifications

  • Education - Bachelor's Degree or above
  • Languages - English and Chinese
