About the Role

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care. As the team lead, you will be accountable for managing the nursing and healthcare assistant staff, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered work environment.Responsibilities: Clinic Operations ManagementDevelop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows to optimize clinic operations and patient flowOversee scheduling, inventory management, and equipment/supplies procurement to support seamless clinic functioningMonitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellenceServe as the primary point of contact for facilities management, IT support, and other operational partnersHandle billing to insurance companies and clientsBack up nursing services during shortage of manpower including injection services, blood collection, medicine dispensing, laboratory sample handlingHandle verbal and written complaint with investigationAssist in network doctor/medical practitioner recruitmentTeam LeadershipManage and provide guidance to the nursing and healthcare assistant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance managementFoster a positive, collaborative team culture dedicated to delivering exceptional patient supportIdentify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for the clinical teamServe as a clinical subject matter expert, providing coaching and support to the team as neededRegulatory ComplianceEnsure the clinic operates in full compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and standardsCoordinate with quality assurance and risk management teams to maintain accreditation and mitigate operational risksOversee the implementation and maintenance of robust record-keeping, documentation, and reporting systemsRequirements:Higher Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field with minimum 8 years of experience in a clinic or healthcare facility operations role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacityRegistered with the Hong Kong Nursing Board and holding a valid practicing certificateExperience in blood taking and clinical proceduresStrong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse clinical teamIn-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practicesEffective communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externallyOthers: You are required to obtain the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activitiesThe incumbent will ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements.
