About the Role

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business on either full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of Insurtech solutions for the Company
• Assist in the planning, execution and monitoring of insurtech projects.
• Support project managers in developing project plans, timelines and budgets
• Participate in project meetings, taking notes and tracking action items
• Conduct research and gather data to support project initiatives
• Help prepare project documentation, including status reports and presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met
• Identify and report potential project risks and issues
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related discipline  
• Strong interest in project management and the insurance industry
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Good analytical and problem solving abilities
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Fluent Cantonese, and good written English
