Manulife HK is seeking driven & seasoned business development professionals, who are obsessed with driving year-on-year growth and transforming the relationship into strategic partnership by pro-actively managing client relationships, developing and executing specific business initiatives, as well as delivering market leading services. They should have strong connection in brokerage channels.
Position Responsibilities:
Originate, develop and maintain professional relationship with brokers
Ensure competitive standard of services and supports are provided to the distributors
Develop and execute product, marketing and sales strategies with each account partner to maximize the revenue of each major/key account and achieve the required sales results
Tailor made marketing programs and customer campaign offer to fit business partner needs
Organizing promotion activities & incentive programs to boost up sales
Conduct product and sales skill training to consultants to promote Manulife products and services, and formulate sales promotion campaigns to boost sales production
Required Qualifications:
Degree holder with major in Business or Finance
Demonstrable track record of success
Strong interpersonal, presentation and problem solving skills
Good customer service and continuous improvement orientation
Able to create a positive work relationship internally and externally
Good leadership and teamwork
PC literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
