About the Role

Provide support to Human Resources Analytics team in gathering , analysing, and reporting on people-related data and assisting in total workforce planning, on either full-time or part-time basis

• Provide support to Human Resources Analytics team in gathering , analysing, and reporting on people-related data and assisting in total workforce planning.
• Ensure data integrity by assisting in the collection, cleaning, and preprocessing of data from various sources.
• Prepare data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to total workforce including employee demographics, turnover, and other key metrics.
• Leverage Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI to create engaging data visualizations and reports that effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
• Provide support to other projects as assigned.
