JOB SUMMARY

  • Executive Assistant to Managing Director, Market Head and support team administration.
  • Coordinate and arrange business head’s schedule, meeting setup, venue booking, logistic arrangement. 
  • G&E report preparation and review, check on supporting documents upon bank’s policy. Remind team for the policy requirement and relevant changes. 
  • Arrange and support on travel booking and logistic arrangement with approved agency. 
  • Support event client invitation, internal coordination and administration.
  • Take care of administration related tasks. 
  • Liaison and cooperation with other support function/EAs to facilitate the internal arrangement/assignments if any.
  • Support on IT, system application, procurement request and approval.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

  • Assist the business head and work with the team to execute the business strategy indirectly.

Business

  • Support the business head and work with the team for all relevant business-related tasks.

Processes

  • Follow the bank’s relevant policy and ensure the proper control and compliance. 

People & Talent

  • Support the business head in people management and new team members onboarding or exit process handling.
  • Assist for internal training arrangement.

Risk Management

  • Follow relevant policy and procedure, ensure the compliance by the team in required functions/tasks.

Governance

  • Follow internal control and reporting policy on expense and cost control. 

Regulatory & Business Conduct

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

  • Business Head, Function Head, Business Head Office and other EAs, Internal functions and related departments

Other Responsibilities

  • Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values in HK; Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures; Multiple functions (double hats)

Qualification

  • Core level of proficiency, understands the core concepts, principles, processes or procedures, relevant experience applying in typical situations on the job, good communication and interpersonal skill, excellent at time management and coordination, has relevant EA experience which could apply for the role, fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
