The Job

Facilitate data collection from insurance domain experts and front-end users to develop and enhance our AI product.
Assess the effectiveness of AI models by comparing their outputs with insights from domain expertise.
Assist in analyzing user feedback and data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of LLM-related projects.
Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve project outcomes.

The Person

Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree.
Detail minded with excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in AI implementation and acquiring domain in financial industry.
Experience with LLMs, RAG, or familiarity with insurance knowledge is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is required
Immediately available preferred.
