Position Responsibilities:
Supervise the team to process payment and bonus validation for distribution channels. Ensure payment is accurate and timely.
Streamline and automate the operation processes that limit productivity.
Manage Accounting and Tax Reporting.
Assist in developing risk control strategies.
Work closely with MIS team/Business solution team, HK controllers, and Agency Recruitment to support the service delivery by building up models and enhancing the systems. Monitor closely the progress of system development/enhancement.
Participate in audit and SOX examination exercise.
Work on ad-hoc projects or MIS reports assigned by management from time to time.
Required Qualifications:
University graduate in any discipline
Minimum 5 years' of experience in agency administration function, or administrative work
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
Good communication and organization skills
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in MS office applications incl. MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
Candidate with analytical skills and/or experiences in handling MIS report is an advantage
Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese
