The role will organize and execute marketing campaigns and agency incentives to deliver growth, promote branding, and develop innovative marketing/sales tools to deepen agency penetration.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of promotional campaigns to boost sales activities across agency, partnership, and flash offers.
• Create engaging marketing content for agent and partner communications to enhance their product knowledge and promotions.
• Plan and organize campaigns and events according to the marketing schedule to increase the number of producers and strengthen partnerships.
• Oversee the marketing collateral library and update or create product materials as needed.
• Develop and implement cross-selling promotions to increase the customer product holding ratio.

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance or equivalent
• 3-5 years relevant experience and exposure in executing marketing activities or agency incentives or product development in insurance sector
• Professional qualification in insurance industry (LOMA, ACII or ANZIIF) is preferred
• Possesses good sense in online/digital marketing and IT
• Knowledge in general insurance products
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS applications
• Self-motivated, able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure
