Job Description:

With the ambition to accelerate the business growth and increase the market share of Individual Life business (to become top 3 Life insurance company), it is crucial to introduce a more holistic distribution model that shift from a sales & product-driven sales model to a more holistic, solution-driven distribution training approach. This new role is an individual contributor who will play a part in executing this strategic shift. Specifically, the role will focus on: 

•    Support the New Learning System & hybrid training UAT & rollout:•    Industry exam. enrollment (ie. IIQE I, III & V)•    Provide assistance in training administrative logistics•    Assist in product & financial planning training series•    Support the Training Workshop and Channels Roadshow •    Hybrid training for new agent on boarding training series•    Support the new agent & NHA case management•    Support the department to handle both the physical & virtual training logistics and administration

Education and experience

    University degree or above     Solid finance and training administrative experience (either from corporate or training consultant firm)    Ability to transform complicated concepts into simple stories and presentations for motivating the distribution channels and gain their buy-in with the experience in frequently includes giving valuable education and advice to channels & clients. The ability to approach ever changing situation proactively is beneficial because it can complete tasks more quickly and prioritize client needs.    The ability to prioritize and address channels & clients' needs as it usually contributes to the quality of the client relationships.    Proven Track Record in working with Training administrative and distribution channels    Adaptability skills: Client needs may vary with the changing financial market, and this role use the adaptability to provide consistent, high-quality work despite these changes.    Initiative: This job duty frequently includes giving valuable education and advice to channels & clients. The ability to approach ever changing situation proactively is beneficial because it can complete tasks more quickly and prioritize client needs.    Client service skills: The ability to prioritize and address channels & clients' needs as it usually contributes to the quality of the client relationships.    Proficient in use of computer software (including power point, excel and words) with Multi-task     Good presentation skill    Aggressive to grow business (with profit)    Good communication skill and being able to cooperate with others    Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
