PURPOSE

Healthcare Solutions:

• Product owner and project management to deliver forward-looking health solutions across FWD markets, working closely with local and group business stakeholders
• Design and develop health data solutions such as dashboards, analytics, AI-enabled solutions, to generate health insights and enable strategic health initiatives
• Execute data driven strategy in driving health initiatives such as payment integrity, provider and claims management strategy

KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES

Healthcare Solutions:

• Design and development of innovative healthcare solutions:
• Health solutions to improve claims and provider management, payment integrity, fraud waste and abuse, and to improve internal processes through health innovation
• Health solutions to deliver customer value, to grow and retain FWD’s health insurance customer base, and innovate on health proposition for FWD’s customers
• Integration and delivery of solutions ecosystem that can be replicated and utilised by multiple FWD markets for group-wide health solutions
• Stakeholder and project management across health initiatives, working closely business stakeholders, technical delivery team, and external vendors to deliver health solutions
• Management of product roadmap, deliverables, costs/benefits of health solutions at scale
• Work in fast-paced environment with customer centric design and agile methodology, and collaborate across multiple functions and markets

Healthcare Data Solutions:

• Provide key health insights and analytics to identify health gaps, health trends, for use in customer engagement, product development, and health solutions to business stakeholders, including group and business unit C-suite stakeholders
  • Develop and build healthcare data ecosystem and data repository to capture, store, and unify health-related data from a wide variety of data sources to enable analytics use cases
  • Design and implement best practices for capturing, analysing, and utilising health-related data to enable strategic health solutions and initiatives
  • Ensure that the build for scale approach is adapted through an enterprise mindset to deliver health solutions that can be leveraged across multiple markets and business units

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in medical science, health, business, computer science, engineering, public health or equivalent
• 3 years’ experience in analytics or related fields. Experience in health insurance/healthcare is an advantage, especially in health management
• Stakeholder management experience, project management experience and/or Agile methodology
• Strong experience with data analytics, database storage tools, data cleansing and transformation, machine learning
• Good understanding with health care medical codes, health trends, and experience in working with large healthcare data sets and health research (e.g. meta-analysis, systematic reviews) is an advantage

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

 Business Knowledge

• Good understanding of health care & health risk management business
• Expertise in medical data analytics, forecasting impact of healthcare
• Good understanding of customer analytics related to health and behaviour

Technical Skills

• Strong skills in programming languages, analytics software for data such as Python, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI
• Proficient in data analytics and applying to business, data visualization, machine learning and recommendation engines, A/B testing and experiment design
• Good knowledge in various database technologies (e.g. RDBMS/SQL, NoSQL)
• Proficient in Microsoft suite
• Proficient in medical analytical research analysis is a plus

Management Skills

• Strong relationship management skills, particularly in building and managing strategic partnerships with Group functions and Markets & Network Partners
• Strong customer centric orientation, and communications skills
• Ability to work and adapt in a dynamic environment and recognize priority issues, escalating quickly where relevant
• Strong ability to present technical information in a clear and unambiguous manner to cooperate with diverse teams and stakeholders
