By truly integrating internal customer data with external research, you will help to craft delightful experiences that customers have with AIA. Support Head of Research & Insights to achieve the assigned goals by leveraging customer insights from both internal customer data and external customer research.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in linking existing customer data and insights with external customer research and insights. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background and the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
