About the Role

Manage and develop the business traction / relationship with partners in order to increase the sales volume and maximize the HNW business opportunities

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist the Team Leader / Head of Sales to implement business plans and initiatives in accordance to sales KPIs
Strengthen and maintain a good relationship with assigned partners to drive the new initiatives
Identify the needs and demands of individual partners to drive the sales
Provide all levels of support to partners and internal stakeholders to capture the business opportunities
Facilitate partners and TRs for delivery of quality, complied and consistence business
Contribution new ideas and provide feedback from partners to ensure AIA competitive proposition
Handle day-to-day partners related issues to ensure our high level of services standard

Minimum Job Requirements:

University / College graduate plus at least 3-5 years relevant experiences
Good organizing and management skills
Good insurance and investment product knowledge
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good written and spoken English and Chinese / Mandarin
Working knowledge of MS office applications
