The Exposure

Please let us know your preferred choices (3 in maximum)of the following business units which you would like to work for during summer (Jun to Aug 2025):

1. Claims
   • assist in the automation / transformation projects and perform users testing
   • support data analysis and prepare reports
   • Design and create the multimedia content for customer journey in Claims
   •  
2. Digital & Data – Experience & Analytics
   • assist in analysis of Corporate web platforms with data analytics, extract insights to better customer experience and support business objectives
   • support research and ideation project to identify organic traffic growth opportunity
   •  
3. Digital & Data – UI & Experience Design
   • perform experience research for Zurich customer portal to support design enhancement and feature upgrade
   • assist in preparation of wireframes, UI style guide, prototypes, UI mockup, flow diagram, etc.
   •  
4. Distribution – Direct & Partnership
   • support eDMs and related data analytics
   • support direct sales campaigns and conduct research for market reference
   • basic knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Powe BI, Google Analytics is an advantage
   •  
5. Distribution – Retail Services
   • assist in Continuous Improvement Program, including process automation, new initiatives in Individual Agent channel, etc.
   • perform UAT of new system enhancement related to retail servicing prior to production deployment
   •  
6. Distribution – Business Development
   • assist in product simplification and digital transformation projects
   • assist in revamping of business operation workflows for productivity improvement
   •  
7. Human Resources
   • support staff engagement and communication activities
   • support general HR operations activities
   •  
8. IT
   • provide support to various IT projects, including system development, system maintenance, UAT, etc.
   • support documentation of IT projects
   •  
9. Legal
   • assist in legal research and analysis
   • support contract / template drafting and review
   • Undergraduate in Law (LLB) is preferable
   •  
10. Life Business – Actuarial Pricing
    • support new product launch and product revamp, e.g. Capital Light Saving, Index Unit Linked, etc.
    • assist in special quote and illustration support of Life products
    • Students in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, etc., is preferable
    •  
11. Marketing & Communication
    • copywriting / write-up for communications
    • support marketing projects and events
    • support social media market analysis with strategy recommendation
    •  
12. Operations – Policy Administration
    • perform work analysis and contribute ideas to streamline/improve operations efficiency and enhance customer experience
    • study various system usage and life product information to support special quotations
    •  
13. Underwriting – General Insurance
    • assist in the insurance product development cycle, e.g. Personal Cyber Insurance
    • support product research on insurance needs for High Net Worth customer segment
    •  
14. Underwriting – Life Insurance
    • ​​​​​assist in the review and proofread of stand operating procedure for Life underwriting
    • support data extraction for audit purpose
    •  
15. Group Audit
    • ​​​​​delivery data analytic and science projects on data ingestion, validation, engineering, insight generation and communication of deliverables
    • utilize various AI tools to develop audit and operation use cases within internal audit function, and develop AI competency among auditors
