Summary:Ensure smooth operation and enhance user experience for digital platforms under Strategic Partnerships

The Job:

• Assist in system revamp for customer and business partners’ digital platforms including collect user requirements, perform user acceptance tests etc

• Collaborate with business units, Operations, IT and project teams on various IT related projects

• Prepare documentation on user feedback, requirements and testing results

• Other ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

The Person:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues effectively

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders

• Knowledge of insurance industry is preferred

• Immediately available preferred
