The Quality Assurance Specialist will support the Quality Engineer in developing and implementing project quality plans. The role involves ensuring adherence to quality requirements, maintaining material traceability for the rental fleet, and managing maintenance and repair documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in quality assurance methodologies. Preferred qualifications include experience with quality management systems and relevant certifications.

As the Quality Assurance Specialist ​you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the Quality Engineer in identifying internal and external requirements and developing comprehensive project quality plans.
• Ensuring strict adherence to established quality plan requirements.
• Implementing and maintaining robust material traceability systems for the rental fleet.
• Overseeing the documentation of maintenance and repair activities for the rental fleet.
• Managing and retrieve documents from archives efficiently.
• Supporting the document control team in the transmission of documents.
• Collaborating with the MRB team to create and store MRBs, certificates, and related documentation.
• Providing assistance to project teams to ensure seamless service delivery to customers. 

Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:

• Have proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
• Possess strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
• Have some knowledge or experience with quality management systems (QMS) and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Posses a certification in quality assurance (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ).
• Have excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Be attentive to detail and have a commitment to excellence.
• Be a strong communication and interpersonal skills.
