Job Summarythis role will manage the largest and very strategic securities clients for Swift in the UK. As part of the Sales team within Swift UK&I, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with customers in the securities industry to promote Swift’s suite of products and services designed to help these institutions meet their strategic goals through innovative technology solutions. You will work closely with colleagues across the business to understand customer needs and provide them with effective sales presentations and demonstrations of our offerings. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders such as product managers and developers to ensure we are delivering solutions that meet client requirements effectively.Key Responsibilities• Identify relevant stakeholders from decision makers to execution teams and maintain the stakeholder mapping.

• Be updated on market trends and upcoming regulations. Drive the adoption of UTI in the client segment.

• Create Account Plans to maintain and grow the portfolio by upselling existing clients on additional Swift products and services.• Providing thought leadership, expertise and guidance to customers during implementation projects related to Swift products and services.• Collaborating with cross-functional teams at Swift including Product Management, Go to Market, Technology, Strategy, etc., to develop go-to-market plans for new initiatives.• Developing strong understanding of customer needs and requirements within the securities industry.• Ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of successful track record selling complex financial technology solutions (e.g., payments, transaction banking) into large financial institutions.
  • Experience working with senior executives within major banks and other financial institutions.
  • In depth knowledge and experience of the capital markets ecosystem, particularly in relation to trading, clearing & settlement processes.
  • Knowledge of key players within the securities industry.
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal and presentation.
  • Ability to engage at multiple levels of an organization.
  • Adaptable and flexible approach to change.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
