Deutsche Bank’s Rates business leads with scale and strength in providing asset and liability solutions to

institutional and corporate clients globally. We give clients access to the Bank’s liquidity and product expertise through our global sales, trading, and structuring teams, as well as our electronic trading channels. Our product range includes fixed income securities and derivatives in interest rates.

You will be working closely with traders and will be interacting with various other teams including, but not

limited to, sales, structuring, research, and control functions. You will be responsible for managing the trading desk including pricing, trading, and risk management.

Your key responsibilities

  • Market Making and Risk Management of USD Interest Rates Derivatives
  • Providing liquidity and recycling risk profitably
  • Further developing and enhancing the USD Rates franchise
  • Interacting with clients, sales and internal stakeholders across Trading, Coverage and Structuring functions to generate new business and develop product synergies
  • Building a sustainable business and market share
  • Analysing market structure and the opportunities and threats there-in and managing financial risk and nonfinancial risks

Your skills and experience

  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Proven risk management skills
  • A deep understanding of the asset class
  • A deep understanding of capital and regulatory matters in derivatives
  • Experience working in front office and with front office stakeholders
