Job Description

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join Tink’s European Delivery team as part of Visa’s Open Banking organization. We create value by working closely with our customers by leading the implementation of Tink’s technology, activating our products, resolving technical issues that arise, and making sure we optimize the product performance.  

As a Delivery Manager you are responsible for leading projects for Tink’s strategic and enterprise customers during their implementation of Tink’s products. The Delivery Manager influences and shape customer’s technical and functional setup to ensure seamless implementation of Tink’s products.  

The role provides the opportunity to tackle a broad range of issues with technical depth across Tink’s product range. During your problem solving, you will gain an expert knowledge of the Open Banking tech stack. You will be a central person in working with all Product and Engineering teams and help build out implementation and support processes. 

Responsibilities: 

  • You will closely collaborate with our strategic and enterprise customers to ensure their successful implementation and use of Tink’s products 
  • You will oversee the implementation and integration of our European customers, provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues, follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution 
  • Being a trusted advisor to customers by having a deep understanding of Tink’s products, open banking regulation and the payments landscape, and how this brings commercial value in the customers utilization   
  • Plan and drive work in collaboration with internal Visa AEs, Tink Account Management team, Tink Product & Engineering teams, Sales, and directly with the customer 
  • You will track, route, and redirect problems to correct internal resources varying from Engineering, Product and Connectivity 
  • Walk customers through problem-solving processes that balances technical, functional and business requirements  
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations 
  • Execute on and optimize our delivery process practices

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

  • Experience from consulting, and/or a hands-on project management role in a bank or in a dynamic B2B SaaS company
  • Experience from a technical role with a technical understanding of APIs, SDKs
  • Experience in working in a matrix organization
  • Very strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics in a clear and structured way
  • Strong ability in putting structure to complex problems with a clear understanding of how to deal with short- and long-term priorities
  • Ability to identify risks and plan how to mitigate them
  • Strong aptitude to in trouble shooting and you are solutions oriented
  • Great interest in and understanding of technology, and how it can be applied to create value
  • A team player driven by creating value for others - customers and colleagues
  • Native/fluency in English
