The Quality Assurance Engineer will oversee tendering and project execution phases, ensuring contractual and regulatory requirements are met to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability. The role involves establishing and executing project quality plans, detecting and signaling flaws in processes, and ensuring manufacturing and service documentation meets quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in quality assurance methodologies. Preferred qualifications include experience with quality management systems and relevant certifications.

As the Quality Assurance Engineer ​you will be responsible for:

  • Tendering and project execution phases. Verify contractual and regulatory requirements are fulfilled and have maximized customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Establishing and executing project quality plan, witness-points, quality records for compliance with contract.
  • Ensuring customer quality requirement, Feedback of Experience (FOE)/Lessons Learned are taken into account in the tender proposal to avoid deviation and to continually improve execution processes.
  • Detecting and signaling flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements.
  • Ensuring manufacturing and service documentation captures identified quality requirements and meets work scope criteria.
  • Communicating verbally and in writing with Customers. To ensure requirements are understood, discrepancies are communicated and concession requests are approved.
  • Verifying Service Delivery requirements have been fulfilled prior to delivery to Customer.

Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:

  • Have proven experience in a quality engineering role.
  • Possess strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
  • Have experience with quality management systems (QMS) and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Possess a certification in quality assurance (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ).
  • Have experience in the Oil and Gas industry, ideally with Subsea production equipment.
  • Have excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Be attentive to detail and have a commitment to excellence.
  • Be a strong communication and interpersonal skills.
