Adobe is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of Partner Sales Managers in driving growth through Adobe’s DX Partner ecosystem – consisting of Global System Integrators, Agencies and Regional Partners/Boutiques This role will report into our Director of Partner Sales for the UKI MEA Region . This role is critical in accelerating partner-led and co-sell revenue, fostering strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence in tracking and enhancing partner performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience of working with GSIs/Agencies/ Boutiques, a deep understanding of partnersales motions, and experience managing co-creation strategies with partners to deliver scalable business outcomes. Executive Relationship management is key along with Skills to engage with Partner Stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & People Management:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Partner Sales Managers, ensuring alignment with Adobe’s partner strategy.
• Establish clear performance goals, provide ongoing coaching, and drive accountability across the team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results-driven execution within the partner sales organization.
• Work closely with and Deputize for Director of Partner Sales as and when needed, take active role in working with Director to optimize Strategy for the Partner function and closing business.
Partner Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnersalesstrategy to drive partner-led and co-sell revenue growth within The Solution Led DX Business.
• Oversee partner co-creation motions, ensuring successful joint solutions, campaigns, and go-tomarket (GTM) initiatives.
• Align partnerstrategies with Adobe’s broadersales and marketing objectivesto maximize impact.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key strategic partnersto drive mutual business success.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Adobe’s direct salesteams, marketing, and product teams to enhance partner engagement and joint value propositions.
Performance Metrics & Reporting:
• Track and optimize partnersales performance metrics, including partner-sourced and co-sell revenue, pipeline contribution, and deal velocity.
• Leverage data-driven insightsto refine partner engagementstrategies and improve sales outcomes.
• Ensure visibility into partner-led opportunities and influence key business decisions through robust reporting. Ensure All Sales hygiene is adhered to in timely & accurate fashion
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in direct sales and/ or partnersalesleadership, or indirectsales, preferably in enterprise software/SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing high-performing salesteams and achieving/exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong experience in partner co-sell, partner-led sales, and strategic partner management.
• Ability to analyze sales data, track key performance metrics, and drive data-driven decisionmaking.
• Exceptionalstakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with Adobe’s ecosystem orsimilar technology environmentsis a plus.
