The Strategy & CEO Office supports the definition of the strategic agenda of the top management and orchestrates central CEO topics across business and infrastructure. We support DB‘s strategic growth, dedication, narrative and reputation, on our way to becoming the European Champion. Your key responsibilities
Support the definition and evolution of the Group strategy
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses
Support to develop and drive a holistic concept to identify opportunities and risks arising from internal and external developments early-on
Prepare decision-making documents for senior executives, the management board, and other senior stakeholders
Take initiative to continuously improve how we work and share insights and expertise to further enhance the overall team output
Become an integrated member of the team
Your skills and experience
Excellent academic track record with professional experience within the Front-Office, a strategy background in financial services, strategy consulting or comparable
Outstanding analytical capabilities and strong written/ verbal communication skills; English proficiency is a must
Experience of working in a challenging, fast-paced and international environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sense for prioritization and 'getting things done' mentality, also in complex situations with limited guidance and conflicting priorities
Highest degree of personal integrity and empathy in dealing with different stakeholder groups; ability to build robust professional networks
