At Wise, we're on a mission to build the best way to move and manage money internationally. We're making financial services more fair, accessible, and affordable for people and businesses worldwide. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager focused on the DACH region, focusing on Switzerland and Germany. This role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy, managing multi-channel campaigns, and fostering partnerships to increase our transaction volume in these key markets.
Your Mission:
Own the growth of the DACH region, while keeping the Wise customers at the heart of everything you do.
Identify, own and drive new growth initiatives and strategies for Switzerland, Germany and Austria, increasing our market penetration, user acquisition and retention metrics.
Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external partners to maximise your efforts’ reach and impact.
Help optimise, scale and improve marketing channels’ BAU initiatives with local insights and knowledge about key target audiences, market dynamics and competitor landscape.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to launch new products and features for your region, tailoring your strategies and tactics to meet local customer needs and behaviours.
Work closely with the analytics team to monitor performance, generate new insights, and produce comprehensive reports to guide future strategies.
Be the main point of contact for and collaborate with product and product marketing teams to define the right audiences, messaging and positioning for our products and features in your region.
T-shaped growth marketer with a minimum of 4-5 years of growth marketing experience in the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland, Austria)
Deep local knowledge and strong ties to the key DACH markets and media landscape with experience working with local agencies and partners
Proficient level of English and German
Strong hands-on experience of full-funnel marketing strategies and tactics, with a track record of driving sustainable long-term growth in fast-growing companies.
Excellent communicator and a proactive team player with strong project and campaign management skills, capable of leading and working on cross-functional initiatives
Your approach is rooted in analytics and leverages data to inform and drive your decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable navigating new and complex situations with a creative and innovative mindset.
Desirable:
German / Swiss national or expat
French and/or Italian language knowledge
Experience running upper and mid-funnel campaigns
Experience in a fast-growing and product-driven fintech company
Experience using SQL and other analytical tools (Looker, GA, MixPanel etc.) to gather and analyse their own datasets
Experience leading small teams (relevant on the long-term)
