Infrastructure Provisioning is a service provided by Technology Lifecycle Management and is accountable for integrated end to end infrastructure and platform lifecycle.

Work includes: analytical, reporting and governance duties relating to the Bank’s Infrastructure Provisioning processes and governance activities for technologies such as Hardware, Databases, Networks, Storage, etc. In addition to the overall oversight, you will provide specialist, independent governance and reporting services for Infrastructure Design, Datacenter Optmisation, Activations and the Decommissioning of Hardware.

You will require an exemplary attention to detail, the ability to question, challenge and propose and to work in a highly collaborative manner with the team and the functions they support; to ensure seamless data integration and high-quality reporting and SLA measurement to support operations and commercial agreements.

Your key responsibilities

• Providing Management Information on Infrastructure Provisioning, Decommissioning, Activations and Datacenter Optimisation on a regular basis and ad-hoc as requested
• Build and maintain a suite of Operation Reporting to support the processes of Infrastructure Provisioning, Decommissioning, Activations and Datacenter Optimisation
• Undertake data mining and analysis as required to identify issues and improvements within existing tooling and processes
• Scrutinize and validate data and reporting from our vendor partners and explain any discrepancies
• Owning, documenting, and maintaining the Infrastructure Reporting data sources and any required manual operations

Your skills and experience

• Experience in report development and analysis using SAP Business Objects 4.3 Web Intelligence Application
• Expertise in creating new reports and modification of existing reports
• High Competency levels in Microsoft Access, Excel and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
• Hands on experience of formulating, executing, and debugging SQL queries
• Experience in documenting guidelines and procedures
