We are looking for an experienced and innovative Global Reward Partnering Lead to join the team. This is a pivotal role which will support Wise’s growth as it continues to scale and enter new markets.
You will be responsible for leading a team that takes global ownership of the total reward structure, strategy and benchmarking. You’ll partner with the wider People team, functional leads and work cross-collaboratively with business leads, to drive a greater global consistency on how reward is managed across the business.
This is an exciting opportunity to define benchmarking processes and build compensation structures across a highly complex, global business, whilst creating a strong employee value proposition.
