Work Hours
Key Responsibilities
🔧 Technical Support & Diagnostics Deliver remote diagnostics and repair advice to support roadside assistance, identifying recurring faults and driving repair success across the network.
📊 Data & Insight Analyse fault trends and repair data to optimise resource deployment. Create technical bulletins and maintain a robust internal knowledge base.
🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, support warranty processes, and contribute to training and technical knowledge sharing.
🛠 Operational Support Advise on tools and training, refine internal processes, and assist with job allocation to enhance overall operational performance.
