Product Manager

Overview We’re seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our Product team and redefine the customer experience. In this role, you'll drive innovation, tackle complex challenges, and harness the power of machine learning and generative technologies to develop groundbreaking solutions—all within an agile environment. If you're eager to push boundaries and make a lasting impact, we’d love to connect! Role Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Identify opportunities and define the product vision and strategy. Collaborate with UX, BI, and product marketing teams to ensure product success. Partner closely with engineering to determine the best technology, implementation methods, and timelines. Support the creation of product documentation, including user guides, training materials, and marketing collateral. Work with sales, marketing, customer success teams, and strategic clients to launch new products and features effectively. All About You Solid experience in Product Management Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with attention to detail and end-to-end ownership. Experience in one or more of the following areas is a strong plus: Payments and cardholder services Cardholder loyalty Data and AI ML & generative technologies Online marketing Content personalization & optimization Exceptional English communication and data presentation skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical teams. Strong leadership abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Ability to think creatively, manage ambiguity, and adapt to changing priorities.
