Role Summary:
The Business Analyst is primarily responsible for translating customer business requirements into a working business system solution using DXC software products. Working as part of the team you will be delivering an industry-leading software solution for the client.
Engage with customers through workshops or other methods of interaction to elicit business requirements and objectives
Capture detailed business requirements as Agile requirement artifacts (Epics, User Stories, etc.) that can be allocated and managed using the Agile delivery process
Ability to support and advise the project team and customers on limitations and opportunities for perfect-fit customer solutions based on Insurance Software domain knowledge
Adhere to and contribute to the enhancement of best practice design and configuration of Insurance Software solutions
Work collaboratively in a team environment supporting internal and client resources with knowledge and experience of Insurance Software solutions
Solution testing and issue management/resolution
Lead and participate in internal quality reviews of solution design
Provide inputs to project estimates after analysis of solution requirements
Support client engagements through the full project life cycle
