Job Description Summary

We are looking for a Senior Analyst III – Service Delivery to join our team. This role is critical in designing, deploying, managing, and maintaining infrastructure services and end-user technologies. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of IT infrastructure and service delivery, with a focus on providing excellent technical support and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for infrastructure services, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Participate in infrastructure deployment and migration projects, supporting implementation activities.
• Monitor and maintain the availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure.
• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand and meet business infrastructure needs.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation, including incident logs, system records, and process guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and DXC Technology standards in infrastructure service delivery.
• Continuously develop technical skills and stay updated with emerging IT trends and technologies.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in infrastructure technology analysis, support, and troubleshooting.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess technical issues and suggest solutions.
• A strong desire to learn and grow in a technical role within a fast-paced IT environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Relevant IT certifications such as:
• CompTIA A+ (for foundational IT support skills)
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (for cloud computing knowledge)
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (for end-user service delivery expertise)
• Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and familiarity with incident management processes.
