Partner with the best 

The Project Controls Coordinator will be provide Project Controls support to the Project Management team. 

As a Project Controls Co-ordinator , you will be responsible for: 

  • Supporting Project Management operationally. Examples include:o          Invoice and Cash monitoringo          Supporting customer scope / internal change, cost identification/ Impact estimationo          Warranty and Bank Guarantee Monitoringo          Supporting Risk Management & Lessons Learned processo          Commercial Invoiceso          Monitoring Customer feedback and Net Promoter Scoreso          Indirect Orderingo          Oracle Sales Order updates
  • Reporting internally on Invoice and Cash management
  • Utilising BH bespoke reporting systems
  • Interfacing with Managers, Engineers, Suppliers and Customers
  • Reviewing and commenting on customer project control requirements for new projects
  • Being proactive in supporting Continuous Improvement & System Development
  • Supporting the PMO (examples include Monthly reporting and Auditing)

Fuel your passion 

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Bachelor’s degree an accredited college or university or equivalent experience in a Finance or Project Controls environment
  • Have a good understanding of Project Management processes
  • Have proven experience in a variety of Project Control activities
  • Have the ability to plan and control workload in a fast moving environment
  • Have sound oral and written communication skills
  • Be able to work collaboratively in the wider BH organisation
  • Be a successful team player
