Essential Job Functions:• Manage a team responsible for package software application development and maintenance.• Lead projects, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery.• Collaborate with senior management to set departmental objectives.• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning.• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.• Monitor and report on project progress and financial metrics.• Foster an environment of teamwork and effective communication.• Identify and address technical and operational challenges proactively.Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience• Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in software engineering and management• Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies• Proven experience in team management and software project execution• Solid technical knowledge in package applications• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skillsOther Qualifications:• Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO, or MBA) or advanced training a plus
