Position based in Paris (in-person with a few days of remote work per week)

Your mission within the team:

Join our Insurance team, whose mission is to design the best insurance products (underwriting team) at the right price (pricing team).

Within the underwriting team, your main mission will be to develop products and a quality customer experience while ensuring the profitability of the company.

You will contribute to the creation and improvement of new products and work closely with operational teams (Customer Support and Claims), providing them with your technical advice.

Your main responsibilities:

Launching new products: Participate in the deployment of new insurance products and assist tech teams in their integration within our systems.
Product expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products (general conditions, regulations, case law, etc.).
Benchmark & optimization: Regularly monitor to ensure our products remain fair, simple, and transparent.
Knowledge sharing & training: Share technical expertise with teams (claims managers, customer service, etc.) and provide technical support and training if necessary.
Risk identification: Evaluate risks related to the product itself, the subscription process, or legal feasibility.
User-centered design: Work with tech and design teams to create clear, intuitive, and understandable products for our customers.

What do we recommend to be successful?

Education: Master's in insurance or law with a specialization in insurance.
Experience: Experience in non-life insurance (home or auto), as an underwriter or claims manager.
Languages: Native French + professional English (written and spoken).
Soft skills and mindset:

- Solution-oriented mindset.
- Team spirit, empathy, and a practical approach.
