Job Description:

Logistics Performance Analyst

Position Overview: This role involves analyzing third-party logistics (3PL) expenditures across all EMEA logistics service providers. The position requires data analysis, identifying trends, and generating insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Monthly Supplier Cost Review: Examine monthly supplier costs to identify inconsistencies and unusual activities.
Cost Element Analysis: Understand cost elements within various IT systems, such as TMS and GSAP, and their interactions.
Accrual and Cost Reporting: Report accruals and actual cost inconsistencies, identifying patterns.
OPEX Improvement Support: Handle ad hoc analytical requests to support reporting on all OPEX improvement projects.
Record Maintenance: Maintain logistics-related records using SharePoint.
KPI Reporting: Follow up on and report necessary KPIs to ensure proper OPEX management.

Dimensions:DE, UK, PL, FR, BELUX, NL, ES, IT – 8 OUs

OPEX budget: 110M USD Stretch/ pipeline: expected 5% year on year savings

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills

Time & Workload Management Abilities (following strict monthly cycle and additionally ad hoc requests)

Communication skills English language knowledge

Knowledge of MS Excel (MS Access and VBA would be a plus)

Knowledge and experience using GSAP and TMS
