We are currently looking for a Associate Director, Credit Analyst to join our Paris office to work on our Financial Institutions/ Banks and Broker Dealers (BBD) client portfolio.
Our Credit Analysts have extensive knowledge of our risk assessment and portfolio risk management framework which they use to support our Account Managers with credit reviews, ongoing risk monitoring and client creditworthiness. They also assess Standard Chartered Bank’s risk appetite against market and economic conditions across the different markets and asset classes.
• Min 3 years’ relevant experience gained either in banking, rating agency, treasury or accounting environment • Experience in the credit analysis of Financial Institutions/ Banks and Brokers Dealers (BBD) clients would be preferrable • Strong analytical ability, focused on the assessment and calibration of credit risk • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to work across cultures and within a dynamic environment • Able to hold credible dialogue at all levels of the organisation, as well as with clients • Well organized, able to multi-task and balance competing demands • Effective oral and written communication • Fluency in English and French
