Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « Apprenti(e) Airframe Méthodes et Outils (All Gender) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d'Airbus Operations SAS sur son site de Toulouse Saint-Martin.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 15 personnes au sein du département « 1AMCS », en charge du pilotage et du développement de solutions de jumeau numérique pour l’avion.

Cet apprentissage consistera à : supporter le développement et la validation de solutions innovantes de jumeaux numériques, en combinant données réelles et maquettes numériques pour optimiser les processus de fabrication et de support des avions.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2025 pour une durée de 1, 2 ou 3 an(s).

Ce poste ne nécessite pas une habilitation de sécurité ou d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Tâches et responsabilités :

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Conception de solutions de jumeaux numériques intégrant des technologies web, des maquettes numériques et des moyens de capture sur avions

• Développement de protocoles de tests et validation des solutions techniques

• Réalisation d’analyses paramétriques, modélisation et quantification des résultats

• Tests des solutions développées en conditions opérationnelles (avions en production ou en service)

• Suivi de projet : création de supports de présentation, reporting, participation aux réunions d’avancement

• Contribution à la définition et au prototypage des futurs services digitaux du département (maquettes, architecture fonctionnelle et/ou technique)

• Collaboration avec les équipes internes et partenaires externes

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC+4/5 dans le domaine de l’Engineering, de la gestion de projet ou équivalent, pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 1, 2 ou 3 ans.

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

• Connaissance de l’architecture fonctionnelle des solutions digitales

• Compétences en modélisation et organisation des données

• Compétences en analyses de données

• Bonne compréhension d’un système complexe comme un avion, dans un contexte multi-physique à dominante structure

• Programmation : Python, JavaScript (souhaité)

• Connaissances en gestion de projet

• Intérêt marqué pour l’aéronautique

Soft Skills :

• Curiosité technique et appétence pour les environnements hybrides mêlant aéronautique et développement logiciel

• Bonnes compétences en communication et en présentation

• Capacité à travailler en équipe dans un environnement collaboratif et transnational

• Esprit d’initiative, autonomie et agilité

Compétences linguistiques :

• Anglais : courant

• Français : intermédiaire / courant (souhaité)

An apprenticeship offer entitled "Apprentice Airframe Method & Tools Engineer (All Gender)" has just opened within Airbus Operations SAS at its Toulouse Saint-Martin site.

You will join the 1AMCS department, in charge of managing and developing digital twin solutions for aircraft.

This apprenticeship will consist in: supporting the development and validation of innovative digital twin solutions, combining real data and digital mock-ups to optimize aircraft manufacturing and support processes.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2025 and will last 1, 2 or 3 year(s).

This position does not require security clearance nor being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.You will contribute to the following main activities:

• Designing digital twin solutions integrating web technologies, digital mock-ups, and aircraft data capture tools

• Developing test protocols and validating technical solutions

• Performing parametric analyses, modeling, and quantifying results

• Testing developed solutions in operational conditions (aircraft in production or in service)

• Project monitoring: creating presentation materials, reporting, participating in progress meetings

• Contributing to the definition and prototyping of future digital services (mock-ups, functional and/or technical architecture)

• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC+4/5 level training in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1, 2, or 3 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge of functional architecture for digital solutions

• Data modeling and organization skills

• Data analysis skills

• Good understanding of complex systems such as aircraft in a multi-physics environment with a structural focus

• Programming: Python, JavaScript (preferred)

• Project management skills

• Strong interest in aerospace

Soft Skills:

• Curiosity for technical environments combining aeronautics and software development

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Teamwork ability in a highly collaborative and transnational environment

• Initiative, autonomy, and agility

Language skills:

• English: fluent

• French: intermediate / fluent (preferred)
