As a Risk Manager, you will be at the heart of the operational risk management strategy, aligned with Pillar 2 of Solvency II. Reporting directly to the Group Internal Control Manager, you will contribute to identifying, analyzing, and mitigating the company’s key risks while supporting stakeholders in implementing a robust control framework.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborative Workshops: Organize and facilitate RCA (Risk Control Assessment) workshops to assist risk owners and experts in mapping controls.
Analysis and Advice: Compile and analyze data to assess risks, challenge proposals in case of disagreements, and ensure the consistency of responses provided.
Global Coordination: Oversee regional activities related to NFRM (Non-Financial Risk Management), TRA (Top Risk Assessment), and OREC (Operational Risk Event Capture).
Quality and Monitoring: Ensure quality control of data reported by regions and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Training: Actively participate in training teams and regional correspondents to strengthen best practices in risk management.

Your Key Strengths

Language Skills: You are fluent in English (spoken and written) and comfortable in a multicultural environment.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills: You can lead workshops, explain complex concepts with clarity, and foster constructive collaboration.
Risk Management Expertise: A solid background in internal control, consulting, auditing, or risk management. Knowledge of finance or EH products would be an advantage.
Analytical Skills: You excel in data analysis, forecasting, and resolving complex issues.
Versatility: You can adapt to various stakeholders and thrive in a demanding regulatory environment.

Your Profile

You have at least 5 to 6 years of experience, ideally in a consulting firm or a similar environment.
You are curious, adaptable, and possess a critical and structured mindset.
You are motivated by the opportunity to collaborate with international teams and contribute to large-scale projects.
